LUCKNOW: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath said on Sunday that educational institutes can play a crucial role in spreading awareness about government policies and their implementation. The CM was speaking at leadership development programme ‘Manthan-1’ for members of his cabinet at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow on Sunday.
The first of the three training programme sessions was held on Sunday, while the other two are slated to be conducted on September 15 and September 21. The first session included three modules – envisioning, strategy planning and policy implementation.

“Life is meant for learning. We should not miss any opportunity to learn and should instead make its full use,” Yogi added.
“We are working to make Uttar Pradesh one of the best states in the country, and it is with this objective that the state government decided to seek IIM’s guidance in good governance, management, leadership skills and public participation,” Yogi said.
“It is for the first time that any state in the country is seeking assistance from premium management institute to make its political leader efficient. The training programme will play a key role in ensuring good governance and holistic development of the state,” he added.
Our government has proved itself on various parameters in the two-and-a-half year of rule after coming to power in 2017, Yogi said.
Referring to PM Modi’s slogan, ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’, Yogi said we made it our key mantra for providing services to people.

The state government will pay Rs 12,000 per participant per session after completion of the course.
CM Yogi Adityanath said the implementation of suggestions of a bureaucrat for improving primary schools brought very good results.
